Meet Producer DWhit
Duane "DWhit" Whitley born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and relocating to New York City in the early 90s, received his first accolades as a dance choreographer for platinum artists Joe, Britney Spears, TLC and others. He toured worldwide as a dancer and stage director from 1998 - 2001. He then was requested to be the lead rapper of the newly revamped C&C Music Factory while touring sold out arenas in Turkey and Australia in 2004. In 2006, DWhit was the writer, director, choreographer and producer of the long running off broadway play "Ghetto Chronicles" which remained in production, mostly touring schools until 2022. Throughout his productive career, he has created several original shows and booked performing artists for different events and well known venues in NYC, which birthed his company's name "DWhit Presents".
